BioI'm a wife and mom as well as a college student. I've been fascinated by bento for the past decade or so, and now that my son is preschool age, it's time for me to start learning to make them! I've enjoyed cooking Asian for several years now, particularly Japanese. In fact, some of my son's first foods were bits of kinugoshi tofu and tastes of miso soup. Even at a fussy three years old, he still likes a lot of Japanese food; yakisoba has always been a favorite with him.
